The Cisco Catalyst C9300X-48TX-1A is a 48-port multigigabit (mGig) data-only switch from the Catalyst 9300X Series, purpose-built for next-generation enterprise access networks requiring ultra-fast and flexible Ethernet connectivity. Each of its 48 ports supports 100 Mbps, 1G, 2.5G, 5G, and 10G speeds, enabling maximum throughput over standard copper cabling—ideal for Wi-Fi 6/6E access points, cloud-based applications, IoT endpoints, and high-performance users.

This data-only (non-PoE) model is suited for deployments where connected devices receive power separately, such as server racks, enterprise desktops, or network uplinks in dense environments.

The “1A” SKU includes a 1-year subscription of Network Advantage licensing, unlocking advanced routing, segmentation, SD-Access, Encrypted Traffic Analytics (ETA), and macro/micro-segmentation capabilities. It is fully compatible with Cisco DNA Center, enabling policy-based automation, AI-driven analytics, and streamlined network operations.

As part of Cisco’s ELA (Enterprise License Agreement) offerings, it is optimized for organizations that manage software licensing and scalability through centralized enterprise-level contracts.
